# How to submit a bug report?

The preferred method to submit a bug report is through our Slack community. Through our Slack community, you can expect an answer within the next 24 hours.

1. Join our [Slack community](https://join.slack.com/t/axolo-community/shared_invite/zt-s2vkbyt2-AACaP6tnQS0adwezMXVlHQ),
2. Send to **Arthur (Axolo)**, **Sydney (Axolo)** or in the **bugs** channel your bug report. If you think that some information might be sensitive or confidential, please send the report to our team in direct messages. 

If you can't join our Slack community, you can contact us through **Crisp **(our chatbox at the bottom right on every Axolo page) but you should expect a longer delay.
