Manage your Axolo subscription, invoices, trial, downgrade, and cancellation
This guide explains the most common Axolo subscription and billing questions.
If you cannot access your billing settings or need a manual change, contact us through the chat and we will help.
During your trial
Your Axolo trial lets your team test Axolo before subscribing.
Before the trial ends, make sure:
- The right Slack workspace is connected.
- The right GitHub organization or GitLab group is connected.
- Your active repositories/projects are enabled.
- The people who need Axolo are onboarded.
If your trial is ending and you need more time to evaluate Axolo, contact us through the chat.
How invoices are handled
Invoices are usually sent to the billing contact associated with your Axolo subscription.
If you need a copy of an invoice, contact us and include:
- Your company name.
- Your Slack workspace name.
- The billing email address you expect to use.
- The invoice month or billing period.
Update billing details or VAT information
If you need to update company information, billing email, VAT number, or invoice details, contact us through the chat.
Please send the exact billing information you want on future invoices.
Do not send sensitive payment card information through chat.
Downgrade to the free tier
If you want to downgrade your Axolo subscription, contact us through the chat.
Tell us:
- Your company name.
- Your Slack workspace.
- Whether you want the downgrade immediately or at the end of the current billing period.
- Whether you still want to keep Axolo installed for a smaller team.
We will confirm what changes after the downgrade.
Cancel your subscription
If you wish to end your Axolo subscription, contact us through our chatbox.
Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period, unless we confirm a different arrangement with you.
After a GitHub/GitLab migration
If you migrate from GitLab to GitHub, GitHub to GitLab, or reconnect a Slack workspace, your subscription may not immediately appear as expected in the app.
If your paid plan appears as free after a migration, contact support before deleting anything.
Send us:
- Your previous Git provider.
- Your new Git provider.
- Your Slack workspace.
- The company or organization name.
- The email address used for billing.

If your goal is only to change billing, downgrade, cancel, or reconnect a workspace, contact support first.
What to send support
For billing requests, send:
- Company name.
- Slack workspace name.
- Billing email.
- GitHub organization or GitLab group, if relevant.
- What you want to do: invoice copy, VAT update, downgrade, cancellation, trial extension, or migration fix.
We will never ask you to send credit card details in chat.
