Pipeline and CI/CD GitLab notifications troubleshooting

I don't receive my MR pipeline or CI/CD notifications in Axolo channels

Confirm that pipelines are created on MR and not on branches

GitLab let groups choose between branch or MR pipelines. To confirm you have the right setting, please:
open one of your MR,
click on the pipeline tab,
confirm that your pipelines are set up upon MR and not branches.
